To become a member of the SW Coalition (Serving south Cook County and the southwest collar counties), please download and complete the registration form below and submit to: SW Coalition, c/o Stepping Stones, Inc., 1621 Theodore Street, Joliet, IL 60435. Yearly dues are $20.00 for individual and $50.00 for organization memberships. The Coalition meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 10:00 a.m. The meetings rotate among member agencies.
